Does anyone ever sleep in this busy city?. You will always find something to do, no matter what time of day or night it is. This big city is waiting to be explored and that can be done easily by using the public transport system. You could, instead, hire a car. Hiring a vehicle on a short term contract could suit you better if you are going to be in New York for a reasonable period, perhaps on business. But be careful! There are often severe penalty clauses in the contract hire lease agreement; early termination, for example, can oblige you to pay as much as 70% of the remaining rental. This is when you would need to look at your car gap policy to see if it includes contract hire gap insurance. You don’t want to be out of pocket if something should happen to write-off your vehicle. Exercise care in New York City so that you don’t become one of the 75,000 car accidents recorded there in a year!
